People Envy Your Compassion

You have a kind heart and an unusual empathy for all living creatures. You tend to absorb others' happiness and pain.
People envy your compassion, and more importantly, the connections it helps you build. And compassionate as you are, you feel for them.

Your Life Path Number is 11

Your purpose in life is to inspire others

Your amazing energy draws people to you, and you give them great insight in return.
You hold a great amount of power over others, without even trying.
You have the makings of an inventor, artist, religious leader, or prophet.

In love, you are sensitive and passionate. You connect with your partner on a very deep level.

You have great abilities, but you are often way too critical of yourself.
You don't fit in - and instead of celebrating your differences, you dwell on them.
You have high expectations of yourself. But sometimes you set them too high and don't achieve anything.

i'm lazy to move house. don't feel like moving. so tired of packing! why do i have so much rubbish in my room.. i always don't like throwing stuff away, so i end up keeping everything! haha, and now it's time to suffer retribution for not filing up my notes at all. and it seems like im the only one in the family with so many things to bring over. i still don't really like the condo, even with all the facilities and how convenient it is for me to go home from school. because i've stayed here for all my life! next time cannot come back and reminisce too, since we've already sold this house to a new family. sigh, can still remember how i could really feel my heart sink when my dad signed the documents with them to sell our house. never mind, on a brighter note, next time i can swim all i want! and there'll be wireless for all our computers. and we can finally all stay together with my erjie! the list is never-ending..

but still, i'll really really miss this apartment. :(

cjc inter-jc bridge tournament

we won we won we won!

hwachong bagged all first 3 prizes for cjc inter-jc bridge tournament! and guess whose team got first? guess who guess who! heh heh :D

okay i must not be complacent! yesterday it was mostly (but not totally!) luck that gave us the winning streak :)

drew lots and the first team we played against was vjc's team 3! really lucky to have played against them for the first round; our other seniors' team had to play sajc's team 1 and they drew with them for that first round which caused them to have difficulty catching up though they still got 3rd ultimately. in the end our team won 25-0 and earned our place at table 1! we were playing swiss, and table 1's where the highest ranking teams play against one another. :)

and from the second round onwards we managed to hog our seats at table 1 all the way to the end of the competition!

yay! thanks to my partner yiwen, zhibang and weiche! and kenneth who supported us all the way! oh, and not to forget, liangzhen and the immense motivation he gave us - now we get a treat at sakura!

now i seriously think the future's really optimistic for our bridge club! weili and jiawei's j1 team got 2nd! that was a nice surprise for everyone. still remember how i got thrashed by rjc (the defending champions) last year. so they're really really good considering they've only played for less than half a year!

and to xuet: we made history!

yesterday was a really happy and lucky day! everything felt like a dream. haha. and i don't want to wake up from it. :D

SAT

sat for sat on sat.

haha, okay that's lame. torturous 3 hours! and we stayed in njc's hall from 7.45 to 1.30. english maths english maths english maths. my mind was supersaturated with language and numbers. and the guy next to me was so cool; he managed to finish all the sections before i did, and he always refused to check once he finished! so irritating. and he just sat there, with his back slumped against the chair, sleeping! i tried competing with him at first, but he was always the one to turn the page first. :( english was quite hard, with the vocab and critical reading questions. there were so many long passages to read in the entire booklet! so sian and sickening. but complaints aside, it's finally over! had a nice long sleep when i reached home, the paper had left me totally drained.. really hope i hadn't wasted my parents' money!
